At Russell Moccasin, we stand by our heritage of handcrafted quality and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized footwear. Please note that custom-fitted products are final sale due to their unique specifications tailored to your individual measurements.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition and include the authentic packaging. Custom-made orders are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the footwear back in its original box and pack it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage to the branded packaging during transit.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our master cordwainers inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
